This Sauna is available for anyone who is over the age of 16.

There are 64 car spaces available in the car park located beside the sauna. In the Summer, this car park can fill up fast so you can park at Derrynane House (77 spaces) and walk 700 metres to the sauna.

There are no change rooms but there are public toilets 100 meters away. We encourage customers to come changed for the sauna experience.

We ask customers to please leave personal belongings in their car, however we do have a box outside the sauna to use for storage. We do not accept any responsibility for personal belongings.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

We can accommodate 8 people per session and slots can also be booked privately for those looking to enjoy the sauna in smaller numbers.

This is very much a personal preference, however, if attending for recovery and hot-cold therapy we recommend sauna first for 10-15 mins, refreshing dip, sauna, repeat and finish your session with a cold dip to get the best benefit of hot cold therapy.
